1. Who we are
Riyadh Elite ("the app", "we") is an independent editorial guide to selected cafés and restaurants in Riyadh. You can contact us any time through the "Share feedback" form inside the app.
2. No accounts, no sign-up
The app does not require — and does not offer — user accounts. You can browse everything anonymously.
3. Information you choose to send us
The only personal information we receive is what you voluntarily type into two forms:
• "Request your venue to be featured": owner name, venue name, city, WhatsApp number, and an optional note.
• "Share feedback": your name, an optional phone/WhatsApp contact, and your message.
We use this information only to review featuring requests, respond to feedback, and contact you about the venue concerned. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. What we do not collect
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no social-media trackers. We do not request your location, contacts, photos, or microphone. We do not build profiles of you.
5. Data that stays on your device
Your saved venues, language choice, and design theme are stored only on your device. Venue images are cached on your device for faster loading. None of this is transmitted to us.
6. Where submitted data is stored
Form submissions are stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase). Data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Access is restricted to the Riyadh Elite editorial team.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle them. You may ask us to delete your submission or any personal information at any time via the "Share feedback" form — we will action requests within a reasonable period.
8. Venue information
Venue names, photos, hours, and descriptions are editorial content about businesses. If you own or manage a venue and want your information corrected or your venue removed, contact us via the in-app forms; see our Terms of Use for details.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above always reflects the current version.

«نخبة الرياض» («التطبيق»، «نحن») دليل تحريري مستقل لوجهات مختارة من المقاهي والمطاعم في الرياض. يمكنك التواصل معنا في أي وقت عبر نموذج «أرسل ملاحظاتك» داخل التطبيق.
2. لا حسابات ولا تسجيل
لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب ولا يوفّره أصلاً. يمكنك تصفّح كل المحتوى دون الكشف عن هويتك.
3. المعلومات التي تختار إرسالها
المعلومات الشخصية الوحيدة التي نتلقاها هي ما تكتبه طوعاً في نموذجين:
• «اطلب تمييز وجهتك»: اسم المالك، اسم الوجهة، المدينة، رقم الواتساب، وملاحظة اختيارية.
• «أرسل ملاحظاتك»: اسمك، وسيلة تواصل اختيارية (هاتف/واتساب)، ورسالتك.
نستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط لمراجعة طلبات التمييز والرد على الملاحظات والتواصل بشأن الوجهة المعنية، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجرها أو نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.
4. ما لا نجمعه
لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة. لا نطلب موقعك الجغرافي ولا جهات اتصالك ولا صورك ولا الميكروفون، ولا ننشئ ملفات تعريف عنك.
5. بيانات تبقى على جهازك
وجهاتك المحفوظة، واختيار اللغة، والتصميم تُخزَّن على جهازك فقط. وتُحفَظ صور الوجهات مؤقتاً على جهازك لتسريع التصفح، ولا يُرسَل أي من ذلك إلينا.
6. مكان تخزين البيانات المُرسَلة
تُخزَّن بيانات النماذج لدى مزوّد قاعدة البيانات السحابية (Supabase)، وقد تُعالَج على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. الوصول إليها مقصور على فريق نخبة الرياض التحريري.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات بقدر ما تلزم لمعالجتها فقط. ويمكنك طلب حذف أي معلومات شخصية في أي وقت عبر نموذج «أرسل ملاحظاتك»، وسننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة.
8. معلومات الوجهات
أسماء الوجهات وصورها وساعات عملها وأوصافها محتوى تحريري عن منشآت تجارية. إذا كنت مالكاً أو مديراً لوجهة وترغب في تصحيح معلوماتها أو إزالتها، تواصل معنا عبر نماذج التطبيق؛ وراجع شروط الاستخدام للتفاصيل.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية منهم.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويعكس تاريخ السريان أعلاه النسخة الحالية دائماً.
